CranioSacral Therapy has been proven effective in reducing the symptoms of unspecified headaches, jaw pain, anxiety, and PTSD.

Lavina accepts most insurance and is an in-network provider with Aetna and Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She is also an approved provider with the Veterans Administration Community Health program.

With over 15 years of experience in massage and bodywork, Sarah specializes in deep tissue massage, supporting pain relief and improved mobility by addressing muscular tension and structural imbalances. Her approach is intuitive, patient, and responsive, integrating trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active release techniques, and assisted stretching to meet each client’s individual needs.

Sarah completed her core training at Crestone Healing Arts Center, CO in 2009, studying Swedish and deep tissue massage, shiatsu, Jin Shin acupressure, prenatal massage, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her continued education includes Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Reiki, Lomilomi, aromatherapy, cupping, gua sha, and ongoing practice in yoga and meditation.

As an acupuncturist and herbalist, Carly utilizes her extensive training to help her clients achieve optimal health and well-being. In addition to acupuncture and herbal medicine, Carly also incorporates a variety of manual therapies such as cupping, gua-sha, and moxabustion into her practice to provide natural, gentle, and effective healing for the whole body.

Originally from Seward, Alaska, Carly completed her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from Dongguk University Los Angeles in 2017. She is a Nationally Certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), a Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist, and holds state licenses to practice Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in both Alaska and California.
